For overhaul clients, we prepare a summary that can accompany the watch in future — noting what was found, what was done, and when. This adds to the piece's documented history and is useful for any eventual sale or valuation.
No Unnecessary Intervention
We do not polish cases or clean dials simply because we can. Any cosmetic work is proposed and agreed with the client first. Pieces that should keep their patina leave the studio looking like themselves, not like new arrivals.
