It depends on the service type and parts availability. Dial and hands refinishing can often be completed in one to two weeks. Chronograph servicing generally takes two to four weeks. A curatorial overhaul, where we work through each detail and keep condition notes, may take four to eight weeks. We will give you a realistic timeline at the outset and let you know if anything changes.

Yes. After an initial assessment of the piece, we provide a written quote that outlines the scope and cost. No work proceeds until you have agreed to that quote. If we encounter something unexpected during the process, we will contact you before continuing.

Older pieces are often the most interesting to work on. We are comfortable with vintage movements and will discuss parts sourcing with you honestly. If a particular calibre requires a specialist or components we cannot source, we will tell you that directly rather than improvise.

The listed prices (฿3,800 for dial refinishing, ฿6,100 for chronograph servicing, ฿7,900 for curatorial overhaul) are starting points based on typical cases. Parts required beyond standard lubricants and cleaning materials are quoted separately and discussed with you before ordering.

We maintain a log of every piece in the studio, including photographs taken on receipt. The studio is secured when not staffed. If you have concerns about a particularly valuable piece, please speak with us about the arrangements before dropping it off.
